- The City Treasurer of Quezon City has scheduled February 10, 2012 from 9:00 A.M.-2:00 P.M. at the Greenmeadows I Clubhouse exclusively for FGHAI homeowners and residents for the Real Property Tax payment.
- 2012 FGHAI vehicle sticker is already available at the Security Office. 2011 stickers will be valid for use up to January 30, 2012 only. For newly acquired vehicles, present Certificate of Registration and Letter of Assignment in applying for stickers. The Security Personnel will place the sticker on the vehicle between 6:00 A.M.-6:00 P.M. daily.
- Deadline of payment for the 2012 association dues is January 31, 2012.
- Biometric registration for all personnel including temporary workers (construction workers, service providers, household staff, etc) is on-going at the Administration Office.
- All Senior Citizens of Quezon City are exempted from paying the initial rate for parking fees in establishments, malls, hospitals and other similar places charging the same situated within Quezon City.
- Starting 2012, there will be a 0.5% increase in tax on assessed value of all lands in Quezon City exceeding P100,000 which shall accrue to the socialized housing program of the Quezon City government.
- October 1, 2011 start of implementation of PhP100.00 fine for illegal parking.
